IV. Public Hearing and Action Items
A. Hold a public hearing and take action on a Certificate of Appropriateness (HC-18-0012), a request to replace a flat roof on an existing rear porch at a single-family structure located along the south side of 4th Street, between Illinois Avenue and Iowa Avenue, with the address 915 4th Street
B. Hold a public hearing and take action on a Certificate of Appropriateness (HC-18-0013), a request to replace an existing composition shingle roof with a new composition shingle roof on a single-family structure located along the south side of 3rd Street, between North Kansas Avenue and North Iowa Avenue, with the address 807 3rd Street.
C. Hold a public hearing and take action on a Certificate of Appropriateness (HC-18-0014), a request to replace a composition shingle roof with a new composition shingle roof on a single-family structure located along the south side of 4th Street, between Illinois Avenue and Iowa Avenue, with the address 911 4th Street.

A request for the Historic Commission to provide comments to the Planning and Zoning Commission for a deviation from the "RNC" (Residential Neighborhood Conservation) standards (HC-18-0015), to allow for the construction of a 6.5-foot tall fence within layer 1, and to deviate from the transparency requirements for fences on a residential property within the "RNC" District, located along the south side of 3rd Street, between Wisconsin Avenue and Illinois Avenue, with the address 1015 3rd Street.
