Hold a public hearing and make a recommendation to City Council on a Zoning Change Application, PUD-22- 0012 (Marina Del Sol PUD), to rezone approximately 18.5 acres from “CG” (General Commercial) and “RSF-7” (Single-Family Residential with a minimum lot size of 7,000 square feet) to “RSF-2-PUD” (Single-Family Residential with a minimum lot size of 2,000 square feet with a Planned Unit Development Overlay) and “RSF7-PUD” (Single-Family Residential with a minimum lotsize of 7,000 square feet with a Planned Unit Development Overlay) to create a PUD to allow for the development of 30 townhomes, legally described as Restricted Reserves ‘B’, ‘D’, ‘E’ and Unrestricted Reserve ‘C’ of the Marina Del Sol Subdivision and Restricted Reserve ‘A-1’ of the Marina on the Lake Subdivision, generally located along the south side and east of Twin Oaks Boulevard with the addresses of 1203, 2103 and 2105 Twin Oaks Boulevard.
