Hold a public hearing and make a recommendation to City Council for Zone Change Application – 1504 West League City Parkway (MAP-20-0001), to rezone approximately 0.464 acres from “CM” (Commercial Mixed Use) to “CG” (General Commercial), legally described as Lot 3, Block 2 of the Calder Plaza Subdivision, generally located along the north side of League City Parkway (SH 96), east of Phillips Road and west of Interstate Highway 45 with an address of 1504 West League City Parkway.
