to Section 3.14.14.b. of the League City Unified Development Code (UDC) to allow a carport (an accessory structure) to be located in front of the principal building, on a property zoned “RSF-7” (Single-Family Residential with a minimum lot size of 7,000 square feet) on approximately 0.2996 acres, legally described as portions of Lots 4 and 5 (4-2) of the Ella Perkins Subdivision, generally located along the north side of East Walker Street, east of State Highway 3 South and west of Clear Creek Avenue with the address of 220 East Walker Street.
