Hold a public hearing and take action on a Certificate of Appropriateness (HC 1705), a request to restore an existing accessory structure by replacing siding, windows, and modifying the roof, located at the southeast intersection of 4th Street and North Kansas Avenue with the address 320 North Kansas Avenue.
